Packing Braiders
Manufacturing braided packing for glands in valves, pumps and heat exchangers etc.
The machine is suitable for processing standard yarns and is particularly suitable for braiding so-called high-tech yarns such as aramide, PTFE yarns, polyimide, carbon-fibre yarns, glass and ceramic-fibre yarns or other special fibres.
Properties
1) Special carriers with tension springs ensure the same tension of the yarn;
2) Fitted with a heated grease pan for impregnating the braid with grease during the braiding process;
3) Gearing system is upside, this prevent the dust of yarn impede the motion;
4) Changing braiding speed by frequency inverter;
5) The machine will stop when yarn breaks;
6) Separate control of the stress of packing and yarn can adjust the tightness of packing;
7) Electrical counter of packing length controlled through SPDT contact;
8) Carriers suitable to accommodate either cross wound yarn; tubes or parallel wound flange bobbins;
9) Doors with safety glass, monitored by limit switches.
